Log in is very easy. We will only ask you for the essential information to speed up the purchase process and you will be able to enjoy the advantages of being one of us.
Remember that if you want to tell us something about your order, you have the Comments field available to explain what you need.

PAYMENT METHODS

The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Bank transfer, in this case, an email will be sent from polkashoes.com with the bank information for the payment.


In all other cases, it is the platform or entity itself that confirms the payment.

PURCHASE AT PÖLKA SHOES

Once the purchase is made, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will always have your order information at your disposal by entering your account if you are a registered customer or through the link that we send you in the confirmation email, if you are a guest customer.
Orders are prepared on the same day of purchase if you place them before 4:00 p.m. After that time, they are prepared first thing the next business day.

In addition, you will receive a notification from the shipping agence with the tracking and when it reaches the destination.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The delivery of your Pölka is usually made within 48-72 hours.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

If you want to return or exchange an item purchased at www.polkashoes.com, remember that you have to send the items you want to return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The return will be made free of charge. It is essential that the shoes keep all the labels, the original packaging box and be in perfect condition.

• SHOWROOM PÖLKA SHOES

You can return your order in our Showroom in Barcelona. You will find us at Via Augusta 81, Principal Primera, 08006, Barcelona.

You will only have to present the items you want to return along with the order receipt. You can take it on your mobile or printed.

• ONLINE

REFUND

Product return:

If you want to make a change in the size, color or model of the purchased product. In the event that there is a price difference, it will be refunded or paid through the same platform used in your purchase.
